Cold Night still produced hogs. I think tonight will be better as the hogs will be acclimated to the temp drop. Spring Hunts are in full effect and we are excited to be helping farmers. Book A Hunt and help pile them up.

Mark, Jacob, & Austin were able to take 2 wild boars down. It was a cold clear night and I think the weather had some hogs bundled up as the temps plummeted. Tonight should prove to be more rewarding. Book A Hunt and join us for the Adventure.

It was like being back in Vietnam when the rain came from all directions; from up above, from all around, and even from down below. The corn stocks transformed into jungle terrain, and the pigs into vicious Vietcong who brought suffering to ourselves and our brothers. We weren’t just shooting pigs in the dark anymore last night; just like back then when we weren’t fighting for God and Country anymore. Last Night, we were shooting for each other.

Capt. Wes Jones’s short story of last night. We have Fun in the Dark.

With a storm coming in our customers were worried about being rained out. If you make the trip down here we will do all we can to make the hunt successful. We would rather try, than have you sit in the hotel wishing you were hunting. We hunt out of 4x4 limo vans for comfort and to stay out of the weather. We can always reschedule you if we are not happy with the hunt. Only 3 were recovered out of 3 encounters but memories were made. We hope our attitude and willingness to go the extra mile we hope create memories.

Bill, Nicki, Steve, and Bill were a band of hog hunters. Stalking the intrepid peanut fields near Americus, Georgia. Bill and Steve crept into position with the stealth of earth worms. The Silent night was disturbed with a thunderous crack! The hammering of thuds blistered the first boar still. The next encounter was even more eventful. In the wee hours of night while calling elusive song dogs, a corn stalker boar stepped out. The Band of Hog Hunters needed to change tactics. The stealth of earth worms wasn’t needed, the speed of an Owl was necessary. With the wind at our back the lone boar looked up with a “Who’s there” before being brought down. The farmers fields were finally at ease with the sunrise of a new day. Thank You Band of Hog Hunters for being Pig Problem Solvers.

Capt. Max Shifler Had a day of after this hunt, He is channeling his inner Hemingway. No Beer was consumed while writing this only his creativity and epic sense of humor.
