We worked for these two sows. the first encounter was a rush with them running away from us but we were able to trop this small sow. Then then next field a lone sow was in the field late in the morning. Some nights are late some are early but we push through to get the job done.

Long Night of Hog Hunting out of Americus, GA. Bad Weather had the hog movement down to a minimum. We tried, but with the forecast it was best to end it. Hunting in a thunder storm is dumb, we do our best to hunt if you make the trip. We can always reschedule a hunt even if we try. Grateful for our customers that we get to take hunting.

This was Saturday Nights Hunt. This lone pig fell out of the sounder after a long night of hunting. Part of hunting that most don’t understand is time is involved no matter how many hogs there are in GA sometime it requires a lot of sitting and scanning for these wild hogs. Guide Clayton Slayed tonight. While Capt. Max was getting rammed into by deer. Clayton and Crew were stacking hogs. Just because Clayton is young, skinny, and wrestles in the girls division doesn’t mean he can’t get you on wild hogs. Clayton McArdle shined on St. Patricks day.

No Glory in crop protection. Long nights of patiently waiting and not giving up. Farmers put in long days so we put in long nights. Fields are being planted and the next few weeks is how we show our value. We will be in the field every night for the next 6 weeks with or without customers. Fred and Max got 3 more on the second night of hunting. Got a call hogs were walking behind the tractor as they were planting corn tonight. Eddie guided the first night with 4 hogs down with multiple encounter to my 1 encounter with only 3 down.
