Our guide Clayton was able to take these two pilots out of the plane for a day to enjoy some South Georgia Thermal Hunting with Pig Problem Inc. It was a rainy, foggy, muddy night, but it didnt’t stop these guys from laying these Hogs down. Of course they didn’t have rain gear with them, becasuse normally in a plane you fly over the storm. After giving the pilots a tour of the farm land, I think guide Clayton wants a tour of the sky now. These guys definitely enjoyed the Wild Hog Hunting for a change of scenery. Father and Son Spring break Hog Hunting in Americus, GA The night had light variable winds that make stalking tough early on. We had a coyote but our stalk so we tried to take it out first. This big boar kept us guessing on where to look for him using ditches and tall grass as cover. We were finally able to drop him after waiting him out. Hog Hunts In Americus, Georgia with Pig Problem Inc. Peanut Protector/Corn Protector Guide Clayton McArdle was able to drop these wild hogs. The moon was out, but the goons were out also. If the customers were to have worn face paint, 20 hogs would have been piled up. Face paint at night works, and it is best applied in the hotel room before the hunt. Some people believe in luck, but we believe in face paint on full moon nights.

A lot of single hogs last night. We were finally able to get on a sounder of hogs for the finally. one clink of the sticks had most of them running but were were able to get 2 down out of the group. Another one down on the second night of hog hunting. Hogs were moving but it was hard to close the distance with the moon and field conditions. Shifting winds kept hogs moving in and out of fields all night. Every Night is different on a wild hog hunt. Glad we were able to get one more out of the field.
