Pig Problem is thrilled to welcome back Peanut Protector Guide Capt Clayton for another season of Hog Hunting in Americus Georgia. After spending the summer captaining a boat in Alaska, Clayton has returned to guide our Thermal Hunts and help Hunters take down Wild Hogs under the stars. On his first night back, he faced not only the challenge of Tracking Elusive Hogs but also the realities of Georgia’s sticky heat and relentless mosquitos.

Despite the sticky heat and mosquito swarms, Clayton successfully guided Bill and Jeremy through an eventful night of Thermal Hog Hunting. After an unsuccessful initial stalk on a pair of Hogs, the hunters persisted, covering field after field with their Thermal Optics, only to return to their starting point where they finally made their move. Two shots rang out, and while only one hog dropped immediately, it was still a rewarding conclusion to a night of hard Hunting.

This story captures the essence of Hunting Wild Hogs in South Georgia. Whether it's battling the humid summer nights or outsmarting these cunning creatures, every Hunt is an adventure. At Pig Problem, we had the distinct pleasure of hosting a memorable retirement celebration for Chris and Scott, who traveled down south to Americus, GA, for an exciting night of Hog Hunting. Led by our esteemed Guide Capt Max, this adventure was not just a Hunting Trip; it was a celebration of years of hard work and friendship.

As the sun set over the beautiful Georgia landscape, Chris and Scott geared up for some Thrilling Thermal Hog Hunting. The night was filled with camaraderie and excitement as the group set out into the darkness, eager to encounter the elusive Wild Boars that roam the area.

It didn’t take long for the Hunters to spot their first Sounder. With keen eyes and the advantage of thermal optics, they navigated the terrain in search of their quarry. The thrill of Night Hunting is unmatched, and with two distinct Groups of Hogs observed during their adventure, the tension was palpable. While only one Boar was ultimately brought down, the encounters with two different Sounders made for an exhilarating night under the stars.

We are grateful for the trust Chris and Scott placed in us to celebrate such a significant milestone in their lives. At Pig Problem Inc, we pride ourselves on providing not just excellent Georgia Hog Hunting experiences, but also creating lasting memories with great people. It was an honor to help commemorate their retirement, and we hope they cherish the memories of their time hunting with us.
