Hog Hunting

A Night Out with Guide Clayton

In the wilds of the South Georgia, where the brush grows thick and the night sky is painted with stars, a group of enthusiastic Hunters embarked on an Unforgettable Hunting Adventure led by the charismatic guide, Clayton. This wasn’t just any Hunting Trip; it was a mission to tackle the notorious Hog Problem plaguing the region. With his unmistakable swagger and a penchant for success, Clayton was about to show them how it's done.

Night 1: A 100% Success Rate

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the anticipation in the air was palpable. Clayton, the self-proclaimed “baller” of the Hunting World, had promised the group that this would be a night to remember. He confidently declared, “Oh yeah. Oh. Yeah.” And he wasn’t wrong.

That night, they set out into the Georgia Fields, focused and ready. Despite the darkness, Clayton's keen instincts and expertise shone through. After a few hours of Tracking Wild Hogs, they encountered their first Pig. He quickly orchestrated the perfect setup, and they executed their plan flawlessly. The result? A single Wild Pig met its fate, solidifying a remarkable 100% kill rate for the evening.

The hunters had previously experienced disappointment with another outfitter in Georgia, where their last two years yielded nary a Hog in sight. But under Guide Clayton's guidance, the tables had turned. His confidence was infectious, leaving everyone buzzing with excitement for what was to come in the following nights.

Night 2: The Return of the Pig Problem

With the first night as a benchmark, the group returned for Round Two, eager to see what Guide Peanut Protector Capt. Clayton had in store. This time, the team was determined to extend their success. As they ventured into the field, they quickly spotted two small Wild Hogs. Unfortunately for one of them, fate was not on its side as it wandered too close to the Hunters’ setup and became a target.

While one lucky pig escaped into the cover of trees, the other did not share the same fortune. Hugh and Junior, with Clayton's guidance, took precise aim and dropped the second pig where it stood. Once again, their kill rate soared to a flawless 100%. In just two nights, they had become proficient hunters, all thanks to Clayton’s expertise and strategic acumen.

Amidst the adrenaline and excitement, Hugh regaled the group with tales from his travels, including a particularly vivid story of his time stuck in a desolate town in India. As he described the fiery spices that made Indian cuisine a memorable experience, he couldn’t help but chuckle at the unfortunate aftermath of that culinary adventure. “It’s even spicier when it comes out of you,” he quipped, declaring he would never touch Indian food again. The team erupted in laughter, their camaraderie strengthened by the shared tales of Hunting and life.

The Spirit of Adventure

As the night came to a close, the group reflected on their experiences. Under Clayton's expert guidance, they had turned their previous failures into a triumphant success story. The Thrill of the Hunt, the bonding over stories, and the victorious moments shared under the stars made this trip one for the books.

Clayton’s confident swagger and entertaining anecdotes were a testament to the spirit of adventure that defines The Pig Problem Experience. For these Hunters, this Hog Hunting Trip was not just about the Pigs; it was about the laughter, the stories, and the amazing memories created along the way. As they packed up and prepared to head home, they looked forward to their next adventure, grateful for the skills and passions ignited by their time with Clayton.

And as for Clayton? He planned to savor a few beers when he got home, because a self-proclaimed baller like him can’t let success go uncelebrated!

The Power Couple

Last night, an adventurous young couple successfully took down a total of 8 Wild Hogs. Despite the freezing cold conditions, Guide Capt Max, confirmed that the Hogs were active. They even left one Pig in the field for so long that they couldn't get it to lay on its belly. Fortunately, the customer managed to capture the other 3 Hog Hunting Photos on her phone, so don’t think we are lying about the 8 Wild Pigs. The entire experience was truly Action-Packed and thrilling, as the couple indulged in an Exhilarating Night of Thermal Hunting.

What Did You Do For New Years?

Clayton’s thoughts of the night-

Squeal team 6. Once again bumping rap music pulling up to these Pigs hoods and layin down some led ya know I’m sayin. When the clock struck midnight people all around the fields started to shoot off a couple hundred rounds for a celebration into the New Year. But not us, when we shoot our guns it’s not for fun it’s for killing Hogs. The only thing that we do for fun is drink beer, or should I say coors light. My New Year’s Resolution is to not change at all and be the same gangster that I was last year. Captain Peanut Protector. OUT.

Hanks thoughts of the night-

Killing Wild Pigs with explosions as your backdrop is about as good as it gets. Steve, Coop and Bobby were a hell of a team making dropping Wild Hogs look easy. Awesome New Year Hunt and hope to see this deadly crew again. Hank signing off.

Happy New Years, Just Book The Hunt

The Fall Of The Possum

Read till the end you won’t regret it. Peanut Protector Guide Clayton took father Norman, son Norman, and other son that was not Norman out on a Hog Hunting Adventure. This was there second night of Hog Hunting, on there first night of Hunting they saw 2 Wild Pigs stealing our nuts. They tried to stalk the pigs, but when they got close the piggies were done stealing and walked back into the woods. They ended the first night of Thermal Hunting watching the sun rise with no piggies. Sad day. The second hunt was all worth it. On the second night hunting they saw a group of 4 so they went to stalk them, but a group of smaller deer spooked the Pigs back into woods. Kept looking on the same field and found a Momma Sow & babies and shot the momma. When they were walking out of the field 2 of the 4 that they originally saw came back out so they set up real quick and shot those burglars in the face, and the butt just for good measures. Guide Clayton sent me a video of him falling after a possum hissed at him. He shouldn’t have sent me the video... “I am going to teach the next possum I see, how to fly”- Peanut Protector Clayton
